The Vibe Kettlebells subscription allows Vibe Kettlebells Instructors to view a library of choreography to give them ideas for their classes. There are lots of ideas for exercises with the Kettlebells – both standing and floor work. The choreography is simple and easy to follow. New ideas are uploaded every month. You will always have fresh and new ideas for your Vibe Kettlebells classes! As a guide the recommended weight for men is an 8kg kettlebell and for women a 6kg kettlebell, (however please adjust according to fitness levels and ability).
